Introducing: Introducing
I assume UK readers will be more familiar with this series than people in the US, but in the event that you've yet to encounter the "Introducing" series I encourage you to take a look. The titles range from subjects (eg "Sociology") to concepts (eg "Genetics") to people (eg "Chomsky"), and present the basic ideas amidst witty cartoons. There's only one title on economics (Keynesian economics), reflecting a clear ideological bias toward left-leaning interepretations, but that shouldn't deter you from offering shelf space. Right or wrong, they get you thinking and at the end of the day, that's what they're there for.
Highly recommended.
