Offending Angels

Chances are you haven't seen this film, since it only made £89 for it's entire run. But the producer/director/star - Andrew Rajan - stumped up £70k to fund it so maybe now that it's out on DVD it's worth another look. Apparantly:

He said many reviews had been favourable and put its failure down to the fact he did not have any funds to promote it.

Only 8 people need to buy it to top the box office takings, but the reviews aren't good:

Andrew Rajan says he made "Offending Angels" because
he was frustrated at the "general lack of worthwhile roles for British
Asians in the British media".

One can only wonder what possessed him to think that this truly awful pile of garbage was likely to change the situation
