Comments policy

Whilst I regularly delete comments for being spam, for the first time in 5 years I've deleted comments that may have been human. To help me moderate I've decided to make explicit our comment policy:

• If you are rude, obnoxious and offensive, don't expect to hide behind anonymity
• If you are libelous, I will probably delete it 

That really is about it. That's why I've never felt the need to spell it out before. I abhor bloggers that manipulate the comments section and will always be as transparent as possible. I never alter posts without making it clear, and very rarely delete comments. Thank you for reading.
